With an ambitious growth agenda and a mandate to modernize its finance function, this organization offers a rare opportunity to shape financial strategy at the leadership level.Reporting directly to the COO, you will lead the FP&A; function across a multi-entity portfolio, building the reporting infrastructure, forecasting frameworks, and executive insights that drive decision-making at the board level — with financial oversight exceeding $50M.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and oversee long‑range financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple entities and investment portfolios.Review and enhance executive‑ and board‑level reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and variance narratives that surface performance drivers and risks.Take a hands‑on role in consolidations across the group, strengthening controls, compliance, and data accuracy.Partner with the business development function to support investment evaluation,
