Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we provide hands-on training, a clean and professional working environment, and opportunities to grow with us.As aPost-Harvest Technician, you’ll be responsible for the hands-on care of cannabis plants after harvest, including trimming, de-leafing, weighing, and preparing product for drying and curing. You’ll work closely with ourPost-Harvest Leadsand follow detailedStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency at every step.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow all SOPs, quality standards, and company protocols during harvest and trimming.Execute trimming and de-leafing of cannabis plants with attention to speed, cleanliness, and visual appeal.Accurately weigh, record, and label all plant material.Maintain a clean,



organized work environment and sanitize tools between tasks.Communicate effectively with team leads to meet daily production targets.Contribute to quality control by identifying inconsistencies or contaminants during processing.Perform all other duties as assigned by the Post-Harvest Leads or supervisors.What You BringHigh school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.Strong attention to detail and good observational skills.Ability to follow instructions and work independently in a fast-paced setting.Good reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills (for weighing and measuring).Reliable, punctual, and flexible—especially during peak harvest periods.Previous experience in cannabis trimming or post-harvest processing is aplus, but not required.Work Environment & ConditionsSchedule:Full-time preferred; part-time will beconsidered.
