Role Description

This is a remote role based in Niagara Falls Ontario, for a Freelance AV Technician at Red Tree Productions - Conference AV. The role involves setting up, operating, and troubleshooting audio visual (AV) systems, including video conferencing equipment, projectors, and lighting.

Key responsibilities include ensuring flawless AV operation during conferences, assisting clients with technical needs, and maintaining equipment efficiency.



The AV Technician will collaborate closely with the event teams to ensure high-quality AV solutions are delivered professionally and reliably.

Qualifications

- Proficient understanding of Audio Visual (AV) Systems and experience with setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities to resolve technical issues efficiently during live events.
- Experience with Video Conferencing technology and platforms, ensuring seamless virtual interactions.
- Familiarity with Lighting systems and equipment setup for event presentation needs.
- Expertise in operating and handling Projectors for various conference setups.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills for ensuring events run smoothly.
- Excellent communication and client service skills to interact professionally with clients and teams.
- Relevant certifications, such as AV or IT technical certifications, are considered an asset.
- Past experience with conference or event support is a bonus.

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
