Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take customer orders accurately using point-of-sale systems, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions with precision
- Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, counters, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently without compromising quality
- Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks when needed,



ensuring smooth coordination between front and back of house

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in serving or cashiering roles that require multitasking in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing multiple responsibilities confidently
