Centre Dentaire Rothwell Dental Centre is hiring a full time bilingual Dental Receptionist, preferably with experience. You're a good fit for this position if you're organized, detail-oriented and reliable. As a calm and reassuring presence for patients, the optimal candidate is warm, friendly and approachable with excellent communication and people skills.

You’ll be working in a stress-free, non-corporate environment, focusing on patient care. Your uniforms will be provided and you’ll benefit from an hour lunch every day.

What you'll do:

You'll prioritize the health and well-being of your patients. Whether it's welcoming patients to the clinic, ensuring their comfort or alleviating any anxiety, you play a vital role in patient care.

You will keep things running smoothly. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, process payments transactions, handle insurance claims,



process referrals and preauthorizations, as well as perform general administrative duties throughout the clinic.
