You will assist students facing various challenges and collaborate with families while demonstrating excellent communication skills. The role requires effective planning and organizational abilities, along with a commitment to confidentiality and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:

- Support families facing social and emotional challenges
- Demonstrate sound independent judgment daily
- Collaborate within a school-based team environment
- Plan and organize resources effectively
- Manage travel across the Division as needed Requirements:
- College Diploma or University Degree in human services
- Ability to obtain professional designation membership
- Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's License
- Access to reliable transportation
- Successful Criminal Record and Child Intervention Checks Become a pivotal support for students and families in the Altario and Consort areas.
