Job Overview

We are seeking a Licensed, experienced, highly organized and detail oriented Insurance Advisor to join our insurance brokerage team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients secure the right insurance solutions to meet their needs, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of insurance products and regulations.

Duties:

- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (life, health, auto, home, commercial, etc.)
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Provide guidance on insurance policy coverage, benefits, and exclusions
- Stay up to date with insurance regulations, products, and underwriting guidelines
- Process new applications, policy changes, renewals, and claims assistance
- Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals

Requirements:

- Strongest Requirement : Experience in selling General Insurance
- Licensed General Level 1 or Level 2
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is required.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft office, Google Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to priorities tasks efficiently.




- Familiarity with insurance terminology and documents
- Basic knowledge of insurance products
- Proficiency with document management systems, databases, and portals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with CRM tools and insurance software
- Bilingual (English, Punjabi and Hindi) preferred.
