Duties

- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure
- Perform repairs involving plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot issues effectively




- Supervise or assist with small maintenance teams during complex projects or repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility protocols during all maintenance activities
- Support customer service initiatives by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or general handyman roles
- Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience in a maintenance setting
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to electrical work, welding, and general facilities upkeep
- Excellent communication skills in English for explicit documentation and teamwork
