We're looking for someone reliable, physically fit, and eager to learn fast-paced production work. This is steady, year-round work with an immediate start.

Responsibilities

- Learn to build and assemble wooden pallets to specification using pneumatic nail guns and hand tools

- Repair and rebuild used pallets to meet quality standards

- Work from pallet specs (size, board count, stringer spacing) with growing independence as training progresses

- Sort, grade, and stack lumber and finished pallets

- Dismantle and recycle used pallets and wood material

- Work toward meeting daily production and quality targets

- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

What We're Looking For

- No prior experience necessary — full training provided

- Willingness to learn and take direction

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for a full shift

- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

- Steel-toe safety boots required on site

- Legally eligible to work in Canada

Pay: $17.60 per hour
