Operations

Manager, you will manage the deployment, support, and enhancement of our IT architecture.

Your responsibilities include a focus on security protocols, performance management, and providing high-level technical support. You’ll also work closely with the Helpdesk to resolve escalated issues. Key Responsibilities:
Design and deploy complex server and storage solutions
Ensure uptime and manage network systems
Administer security measures, including antivirus and firewalls
Prepare and implement disaster recovery plans
Conduct routine audits and perform updates Requirements:
Post-secondary IT education or equivalent experience
Over 6 years in IT infrastructure management
Proficient in Active Directory and email server management
Familiar with virtualization and networking
