You will provide essential guest information regarding resort services while training and scheduling desk staff. Collaborating with the sales department to facilitate group bookings and maintaining effective communication is key to success. Key Responsibilities:
Assist guests with ski school bookings based on needs
Train desk staff on customer service and sales procedures
Schedule desk staff while balancing labor costs and service quality
Process daily sales and manage payroll submissions
Ensure daily maintenance of department area and equipment Requirements:
