This is a great opportunity to lead end-to-end plant operations, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of safety, productivity, and team collaboration.Position SummaryThePlant Managerwill oversee all aspects of the food processing and packaging facility, including production, staffing, safety, maintenance, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate is a hands on leader with deep operational knowledge and a passion for team development and efficiency in a fast paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage daily plant operations including production, scheduling, inventory, and maintenanceAchieve production goals while maintaining high safety, quality, and efficiency standardsSupervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team of supervisors, operators, and techniciansMonitor and analyze KPIs to drive performance and continuous improvementEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsCollaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, budgeting,
