Drive accountability for financial performance metrics
Ensure compliance with Regal Rexnord financial policies Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
8+ years of progressive finance experience required
Solid understanding of manufacturing finance
Ability to translate financial results into business strategies
