In business since 1991, we run medium to small production projects in our air‑conditioned facility that is conveniently located in Cambridge.Compensation Range$33.38 up to $38.00 hourlyPrimary ResponsibilitiesMachine SetupSet up CNC machines by installing and adjusting tools, fixtures, and machine settings based on production plans and technical drawings.Configure machine parameters such as speeds, feeds, and coolant flow to match the material and design requirements.Conduct test runs and make necessary adjustments to ensure machines are set up correctly before production begins.Technical ProficiencyInterpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints,
