Base pay range: CA$75,000.00/yr - CA$95,000.00/yr.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee full design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring creativity, quality, and client satisfaction.Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and design direction.Manage client relationships with confidence, from initial consultation to final presentation.Develop and present innovative design concepts, drawings, and 3D renderings.Supervise material selection, specifications, and budgets.Coordinate with contractors, engineers,
