This position requires both technical expertise and client-facing skills to ensure the effectiveness of clients' security programs.Key Responsibilities:Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects across various sectors and industriesCommunicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and senior management on project status, risks, issues, and deliverablesProvide cybersecurity consulting on incident response, data protection, cloud security, identity management, and security awarenessConduct threat modeling and risk assessments to help clients identify and prioritize potential threatsPerform gap analysis using industry-standard frameworks including CIS Top 18, NIST CSF,



and NIST 800-171Oversee configuration and remediation of client systems and applications to align with recognized benchmarksManage vulnerability scanning and analysis to identify and address weaknesses in clients' networksMentor, coach, and develop cybersecurity team members to foster collaboration and excellenceAttend pre-sales calls and provide input to hiring decisionsQualifications:Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management roleProfessional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or equivalentExpert knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, including CIS Top 18, NIST CSF, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, and PCI DSSStrong technical expertise with Microsoft 365 and Defender suites (Defender for Office, Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps)Experience implementing and managing security solutions such as firewalls, antivirus, encryption, SIEM, IAM, VPN, and DLPExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to build rapport and trust with clients while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or related fieldMicrosoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert Certification (SC-100)Microsoft Security Operations Analyst Associate Certification (SC-200)Expert knowledge of Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Sentinel SIEMCMMC Assessor or Registered Practitioner credentialsOur client offers competitive compensation, career development opportunities,
