You will be a primary customer contact on technical and service-related problems on a wide range of industrial, robotic, and printing equipment. Please note: this is NOT an IT job – we are looking for someone with electrical and mechanical experience.This is a direct-hire position: that means you will be on our client’s payroll from day 1! This is a one-year position with the potential to be permanent.The pay range for this position is $24-30/hour, based on experience.Responsibilities Include:Install, troubleshoot and repair a variety of industrial products (printing and packaging equipment, X-ray machines, cash recycling products, inserting and sorting machines, credit card attaching and processing systems, robotics and other accessories)Schedule and perform regular preventive maintenance inspections on equipmentManage parts inventory and customer service callsAct as a liaison between the customer and other departments/functions of the companyRespond to emergency and non-scheduled calls for service within established response time goalsYou will be in a front-facing role – must be customer-focusedRequirements:Must have a High School diploma or equivalent with 2-year degree or diploma in electronics/advanced mechanics/software trainingMust have at least 1 year related industry/equipment experienceMust be able to pass a criminal background check with reliability clearanceStrong electronics and mechanical background, understanding of computer program functionality and software troubleshooting skillsAbility to use standard and specialized hand, power and diagnostic tools and measuring equipment, such as oscilloscopes, DMM, gauges, etc.Strong analytical, problem-solving, quantitative, and time management skillsAbility to lift 50lbsAbility to work at heights (up to 20 feet)Ability to work in small, cramped spacesMust be able to travel within the United States and CanadaBilingual – fluent in both French and English (written and verbal) is an assetApply today!
