discounted rates and retail rates billing as required.Completes daily reports as assigned by management and other duties assigned by management.What You BringFront Desk experience in a fully automated hospitality environment is preferred.Hotel and Hospitality Diploma is preferred.Excellent customer service skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced business setting and well under pressure.Able to talk and type at the same time and be able to type 60 WPM (will be tested).Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods (regular work shift is eight hours).Able to bend twist and lift up to 50 pounds.Knowledge of LMS, CRS, VISION, MAGMA, and WEBWORKS are an asset.Gateway is a proud equal opportunity employer and dedicates itself to Respect, Integrity, Team-Work and Exceptional Customer Service.
