As the Manager of Road Maintenance, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of road maintenance programs within the County. Your leadership will promote a culture centered on safety while ensuring a high level of operational accountability. The position will also involve coordinating maintenance programs and monitoring budget performance. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver effective management of road maintenance operations

Oversee and train supervisors and field staff

Collaborate with county departments for integrated delivery Requirements:
Post-Secondary Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar
Certification as Engineering Technologist required
At least five years of experience in road maintenance
Solid interpersonal and communication abilities
