This position requires a solid HR leader who will oversee critical HR functions such as employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. You will collaborate closely with local leadership teams, promoting a positive work culture and effectively managing the Employee Life Cycle. Key Responsibilities:
Address and resolve employee relations issues for managers
Conduct effective employee training and development sessions
Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts for recent talent
Maintain compliance with employment standards and regulations
Monitor and enhance organizational culture initiatives Requirements:
At least 8 years of HR experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required
Prior experience in the CPG industry is beneficial
Master’s Degree preferred
