In this strategic leadership role, you will manage all aspects of the People & Culture department, overseeing talent management, employee relations, and culture initiatives.

You will collaborate with the VP and organizational leaders while supervising a dedicated team. Your work will drive organizational effectiveness and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the talent management strategy organization-wide
Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies
Manage sensitive employee relations and compliance
Foster a culture of equity, accountability, and growth
Support and mentor a team of HR specialists Requirements:
Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or related field
Leadership experience in HR or talent management
Solid grasp of Ontario employment laws and regulations
Experience with HRIS and pay equity analysis
