Join our dynamic agricultural team as a Grain Farm Labourer and play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of our grain farming activities. This energetic position involves hands-on work across various farm tasks, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. You will be actively engaged in maintaining farm equipment, assisting with planting and harvesting of crops, clearing and removing rocks and debris from fields, and supporting various crop management efforts.

Duties

- Assist with planting, harvesting, and crop maintenance activities to ensure healthy grain production
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on farm machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Use hand tools and power tools for repairs, adjustments, and general farm upkeep




- Conduct basic measurements and calculations related to farm operations using math skills
- Perform heavy lifting tasks such as moving bags of seed or grain, equipment parts, or supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and machinery to promote safety and efficiency

Qualifications

- Mechanical knowledge or experience with farm machinery and equipment is highly desirable but not required.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions with physical stamina for heavy lifting
- Solid work ethic with a proactive attitude toward safety and teamwork
