They have a strong sense of self, a positive attitude, and are committed to service excellence.Responsibilities:Achieve budgeted sales, sales increase, and EBITDA targets.P&L management and monthly reporting with the MSP Team.Work with Regional Relationship Director to obtain best practices and achieve sales targets.Partner with medical physicians to promote efficiencies and evolve the practice.Manage MSP promotions within the clinic.Liaise with department leads and Regional Relationship Director to execute and implement all national marketing initiatives, local marketing programs, and in-clinic promotions.Work with MSP marketing team members on all digital channels, lead generation,



and advertising campaigns.Recruitment and selection of team members.Ongoing training and coaching of team members.Encourage and perpetuate clinic culture through effective leadership.Conduct mid-year and year-end performance appraisals of all team members.Regular (monthly) one-to-ones are conducted and documented for all team members.Facilitate daily communication – daily stand-up meetings, communication boards.Ensure the clinic adheres to all legislative and government guidelines.Implement and adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the MSP standards handbook.Lead and execute the MSP premiere service model.Meet or exceed MSP patient satisfaction goals.Requirements:The ideal candidate has led, coached, and challenged a team of established professionals.
