Working closely with the Manager, Leasing, and a team of Leasing Specialists, you’ll implement creative leasing strategies, lead engaging training sessions, and stay ahead of market trends. Your creativity, insight, and leadership will directly contribute to our success by attracting new tenants and fostering lasting resident satisfaction.Salary: $58,000 - $60,000 per yearWhat You’ll Get To DoCollaborate with leadership to design and execute innovative leasing strategies that drive occupancy and resident retention.Support leasing teams in hitting performance goals through coaching, training, and hands‑on assistance.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing strategies and promotional approaches.Conduct regular property visits to assess leasing conditions and identify opportunities for improvement.Create and update marketing materials,
