As a Senior Payroll and Perks Coordinator, you will ensure accuracy and compliance for our teams in Canada and the U.S. This permanent, full time position calls for an experienced individual who can manage critical payroll processes and employee benefits.

Reporting to the Paymaster, you must demonstrate strong technical skills while providing exceptional service to employees. Bilingualism in English and French is required. Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll for employees according to company's policies
Manage benefit enrollments and changes effectively
Conduct annual tax document preparations
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance
Assist internal teams with payroll support and training Requirements:
PCP certification or equivalent experience (min 5 years)
Comprehensive knowledge of payroll systems
Proficiency in Excel and payroll software
Bilingual - French and English required
