Field Applications Analyst II – Remote – British Columbia, CanadaResponsible for installation and support of Beckman Coulter diagnostic instrumentation, ensuring analyzers meet required performance in customer laboratories.In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity ToEnsure customers are prepared for analyzer verification and meet milestones within the established implementation timeline.Execute verification studies on diagnostic instrumentation, including set‑up, calibration, precision, linearity, and method comparison studies.Deliver on‑site customer training to support operation of instrumentation.Support customer satisfaction and long‑term success, contributing to sustained business growth.Collaborate cross‑functionally with Service, Sales, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience.Essential RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related clinical discipline with 2+ years of direct clinical diagnostic laboratory experience; or Medical Laboratory Science Diploma with 3+ years of experience. CSMLS Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) certification preferred.Demonstrated experience operating and supporting clinical diagnostic instrumentation and workflows, including patient testing, quality control, and troubleshooting in accordance with standard operating procedures.Strong working knowledge of the laboratory regulatory environment, including CAP, CLIA, IQMH, and EQAS.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver technical presentations, customer training, and supporting documentation.Travel,



Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment RequirementsAbility to travel 70% nationally (Monday‑Friday) based on business needs, including travel to and from the United States.Hold a current valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.Preferred ExperienceExperience with Beckman Coulter diagnostic instrumentation, such as DxA, DxI, and AU platforms.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams and customer‑facing environments.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheet, and EP Evaluator and be comfortable navigating complex healthcare IT environments.CompensationAnnual salary range: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 CAD.
