Provide comprehensive reference and research support
Develop user-centered programming for library access
Conduct research on library initiatives and policies
Promote LAC's services through engagement efforts
Evaluate reference collections and recommend acquisitions Requirements:
A master's degree in library or information science
Proven experience advising cultural heritage institutions
Solid familiarity with project management
Effective communication skills, both written and oral
