As a Senior Development Officer, you will manage a portfolio of over 200 leadership giving prospects, aiming to raise approximately $1M annually.

Manage over 200 leadership-level donor relationships
Cultivate and solicit leadership gifts totaling $1M annually




Develop and improve donor engagement strategies
Deliver exceptional donor stewardship and reporting
Identify high-potential donors for pipeline advancement Requirements:
University or College Diploma in relevant field
Minimum three years in charitable fundraising
