You appreciate to work in a small management team? The objective of this position is to support the managers and employees in the optimization of the Human Resources department. It is a generalist position that includes hiring, labour relationships, health & safety, salary, organizational development and coaching with managers. We are a small management team. - We are in a continual change, where we work on the continuous improvement of our process. Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company’s growth
- Plan short term to mid term manpower, including development programs for the employees
- Manage all the hiring process (from identifying the need to integration of the current employee)
- Manage preventing health & safety and H&S; claims,



including the management of the H&S; committee. Advise management team on the best business practices on people’s management
- Lead the labour relationship management, with the managers
- Lead salary equity and make internal pay audits
- Ensure the legality of the processess and policies of the company
- Participate in continuous improvement projects. Have a diploma in HR or experience in the HR field
- Have 5 years of experience as a HR generalist, asset if it is in the manufacturing industry
- Be bilingual (french / english)
- Be creative in the strategies implementation;
