We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Head Spa Attendant (Head Spa Service Provider) to join our team and elevate the experience for each of our guests.

Position Overview: As a Head Spa Attendant, you will be an essential part of our spa team, providing high-quality services and ensuring that each guest has an unforgettable and relaxing experience. You will be responsible for offering a range of head and scalp treatments, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining the peaceful ambiance that Bella Vida is known for.

Responsibilities:

- Provide expert head, scalp, and hair treatments that include head, chest, neck, and shoulder massages, scalp exfoliation, hair treatments, blow drying and hot tool styling. Full training is provided. No experience necessary.
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Customize treatments based on individual guest needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
- Maintain a calm, relaxing, and welcoming environment for guests.
- Handle guest concerns and provide solutions with care and professionalism.




- Ensure a high standard of hygiene and safety throughout all treatments.

Qualifications:

- Experience at a spa or salon is not required but would be a bonus.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Passionate about wellness, relaxation, and providing guests with the best possible experience.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
