- Oversee and manage clinical program initiatives
- Conduct resident assessments and develop service plans
- Hire and train clinical staff to enhance resident care
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
- Foster strong relationships within the community Requirements:
- Registered Practical Nurse or equivalent certification
- Minimum five years clinical and one year leadership experience
- Experience in a retirement residence
- Knowledgeable in budget and financial monitoring
