We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced FOREMANfor ourRCI Divisionto join our team.As a Foreman for our Recycled Crushing Industries, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the recycled crushing operations. This includes:Supervising and coordinating the crushing crewEnsuring the efficient crushing of various materialsMonitoring and maintaining equipmentEnsuring compliance with safety regulations and company policiesProviding training and guidance to the crewParticipating in daily planning and schedulingWe expect the successful candidate to have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have a thorough knowledge of crushing operations and equipment.This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
