The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting direction, establishing accountability, and developing a team of experienced sales professionals. This individual will step into an established group with strong tenure and relationships and will be expected to earn credibility through leadership, sound judgment, and a clear, consistent approach to performance management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop the agricultural sales team to improve performance, consistency, and accountabilityEstablish clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations aligned with company growth goalsBuild trust and credibility with a tenured sales team while driving alignment and continuous improvementCreate and implement structured sales processes, reporting, and forecasting practicesPartner cross‑functionally with production, customer service, and leadership to ensure alignment and executionIdentify opportunities for market expansion, product positioning, and revenue growthMonitor and evaluate sales performance,
