Create and serve meals per daily menu
Ensure proper plating and presentation of meals
Work with chefs on production plans
Prepare necessary ingredients ahead of service
Follow strict hygiene and cleaning protocols Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in cooking
5 years of scratch cooking expertise needed
Food Secure Level 1 certification essential
Experience in a senior living workplace preferred
