Position ResponsibilitiesEmployee RelationsAdvisory ServicesLabour RelationsPolicy and Program Development and ImplementationOrganizational SupportSupport HR SystemsLearning and DevelopmentCompliance and Risk ManagementFull Cycle RecruitmentQualificationsMust have an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of five (5) years of professional HR experience.Hold an applicable HR designation such as CHRP, CHRL, CCP or working towards.Experience in municipal or public sector HR is considered an asset.HR expertise in at least one functional area (compensation, labour relations, recruitment, compliance, policy development, performance management, training and development).Solid technical skills that include data analytics, ERP's, MS Office Suite, etc.Exceptional communication skill.Organizational skills that support strategic thinking, change management,
project management.Demonstrated ability to work in a team, hold confidentiality and build strong relationships across all levels.HoursThe standard workweek consists of an average of 40 hours, with the specific schedule being determined by the immediate supervisor.CompensationSalary range $51.57 - $66.65 per hour as per the Out-of-Scope Agreement.BenefitsComprehensive benefits package.
