Work Location:Toronto, Ontario, CanadaHours:37.5Line Of Business:Enterprise Enabling FunctionsPay Details:$52,700 - $74,400 CADJob OverviewTD Wealth Operations and Centralized Sales Support is part of the Wealth National Office and serves as the operational engine of TD Wealth, supporting core processes that shape our clients' experience—including onboarding, transfer services, trade and cash management processing, and the delivery of client statements and communications. The Operational Excellence Team champions the implementation of Wealth's Operational Excellence strategy, provides business management support to Operations by establishing standards and strategies for programs that span Operations and Centralized Sales Support, and represents Operations and Centralized Sales Support on pan‑Operations, Centralized Sales Support, and pan‑Wealth projects and programs.Key AccountabilitiesLead various projects and initiatives including Our Promise sustainment activities, monthly meeting in a box, and creation of Standard Operating Procedures.Support day‑to‑day activities and business initiatives and participate in project teams.Support the development of communication, implementation, and/or training plans to support the implementation of projects and/or business initiatives.Act as a brand ambassador for Wealth Operations and Centralized Sales Support, both internally and externally.Build effective relationships with key business partners.Gather required information and document/map current and future processes,
provide input and recommendations to support process improvement.Prioritize and manage own workload to meet service level requirements for service and productivity.Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; elevate issues where appropriate.Be knowledgeable of practices and procedures within own area of responsibility and keep abreast of emerging trends for own functional area.Conduct reporting and/or meaningful analysis at the functional or enterprise level using results to draw conclusions, make recommendations, and assess the effectiveness of programs, policies, or practices.Participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross training within own team.Keep others informed and up to date about the status or progress of projects and/or all relevant or useful information related to day‑to‑day activities.Contribute to the success of the team by willingly assisting others in completing and performing work activities, and provide training, coaching and/or guidance as appropriate.Job RequirementsAbility and openness to learn, be a self‑starter and be comfortable working independently in ambiguity.Strong communicator; both written and oral.Ability to pay high attention to details.Ability to analyze, research, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Additional InformationUndergraduate degree is required.Robust knowledge of Wealth Management business is an asset.Communication & event management experience is an asset.Knowledge of process mapping and process design is an asset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
