We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a knack for connecting with customers. You will play a key role in driving sales, expanding our customer base, and promoting our brand values. You will work closely with the owner to start and as you progress the role becomes more autonomous.

Responsibilities
Engage with customers to promote and sell our coffee products
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Educate customers about our coffee sourcing, roasting process, and brewing techniques
Work with the team in creating and implementing sales strategies and promotions




Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Participate in community events and promotional activities to increase brand visibility

Requirements
Previous experience in sales or speciality cafe industry
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about our products
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods is a plus
Class 5 drivers license

What We Offer:
$40,000 - 50,000 Base Salary + 3% of all sales brought in
