Responsibilities
Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products through compelling product demos and personalized service
Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to encourage purchase decisions
Assist customers with merchandising displays, ensuring products are well-organized and visually appealing
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Maintain organized inventory levels,



restocking shelves as needed and ensuring proper product placement
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a friendly attitude throughout interactions

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly to diverse audiences
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong asset for engaging with a broader customer base
Experience in merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, or cash handling enhances your suitability for this role
Robust communication skills combined with excellent time management and organizational abilities are essential
Basic math skills are necessary for accurate cash transactions and inventory management
Prior experience in customer service roles will help you excel in creating positive shopping experiences
