Retail Operations – Warehouse & Online CoordinatorHamilton Sports Group (Hamilton Tiger-Cats & Forge FC)Location: Hamilton Stadium, Hamilton, ONType: Full-TimeSalary: $40,000 annuallyVacancy Status: This position has an existing vacancyPosition OverviewHamilton Sports Group is seeking a Retail Operations – Warehouse & Online Coordinator to support both back‑of‑house retail operations and online merchandise fulfillment. This role plays a key part in driving retail sales by ensuring efficient inventory management, seamless distribution to retail outlets, and a robust online customer experience—while also contributing to our event‑day retail operations. Reporting to the Manager, Retail Operations, this position is ideal for a detail‑oriented, hands‑on professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, sports and entertainment environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Inventory OperationsReceive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise from suppliers, ensuring quality standards are metAccurately enter and maintain inventory data within warehouse tracking systemsLabel, shelve, and organize product in designated warehouse locationsConduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracyMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environmentSafely move, organize, and transfer inventory to retail locations to support sales and eventsRetail & Event‑Day SupportEnsure all retail outlets are properly stocked and prepared for games, matches, and eventsSupport event‑day retail operations, contributing to a positive fan and customer experienceAssist with merchandising logistics to maximize sales performanceOnline Store & FulfillmentManage day‑to‑day online shop operations,
