Demonstrate familiarity with IFRS lease accounting issues and the impact of negotiating strategies on client’s cost structuresAct as senior relationship manager for select clients. Regularly utilize CRM and other appropriate technology to maximize the use and accuracy of data Demonstrate an excellent ability to identify potential service enhancements for the client – Project Management, Workplace Strategy, Supply Chain Consulting, etc. – that will strengthen the partnership over time.Oversee Lease Administration, Strategy and Innovation, Technology Services, Project Management, Facilities Management, and/or Transaction Management staff and resources that exist on client accounts for which this role is responsible.
