In this role, you will be a member of a collaborative and client focused team delivering exemplary service to our high-net-worth clients. Through a combination of superior client-relationship abilities and extensive market and product knowledge, you will support Investment Professionals addressing the needs of clients and financial advisors. Our offices currently operate on a hybrid model with a combination of in-office and remote working days throughout the week.What You Will DoSupport Investment Professional(s) in providing first-class wealth management services to our clientsEffectively manage client requests and timely resolutions liaising with internal teams when requiredMaintain expert knowledge on firm’s offerings and investment practice assisting with complex inquiriesManage the schedule of client meetings and prepare client meeting materialsQuarterback the client onboarding process and establish a foundation for a positive client experienceOversee client requests for non-financial changes,



managing the process from start to finishExecute transactional requests and coordinate cash settlements as neededProvide administrative support and back up as requiredActively engage in ongoing learning and development to continuously improve skills and knowledgeWhat You BringAn undergraduate degree or a related financial services designation is an assetMinimum 3 years of related or transferable work experienceCIM or CFA candidate is an assetStrong administrative background and in-depth knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the financial industryResearch-oriented with a focus on thorough analysisLogical and methodical approach to problem-solvingStrong analytical skills and ability to handle complex financial dataProven accountability, initiative and success working on a large book of businessThe ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced workplace requiring strong organization, time management and prioritization skillsExperience working independently, as well as in partnership with other team membersExcellent communication skills in EnglishThe salary range for this position is $60,000-$85,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation for this position.
