Take charge as a Grooming Assistant Supervisor at Whitewater Mountain Resort, leading snowcat operations and ensuring top-notch skiing conditions this winter. This full time seasonal position requires expertise in heavy equipment and teamwork. You'll work under the Grooming Supervisor to facilitate the smooth operation of the Grooming Department. This includes supervising snowcat activities, managing snow removal tasks, and training team members for performance excellence.

Your role also entails ensuring compliance with safety protocols while effectively collaborating with outdoor operation teams. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise grooming department daily functions and staff
Plan snowcat operations for quality ski conditions
Oversee snow removal operations across the resort
Monitor equipment performance and grooming quality
Develop operational procedures and training practices Requirements:
5+ years of experience in snowcat grooming
Background operating heavy equipment during winter
Supervisory experience is a plus
Class 5 Driver’s License essential
