Receive and manage parts inventory effectively
Answer customer parts inquiries in-person and by phone
Identify parts while processing repair orders
Maintain organized inventory records using our system
Issue sales orders and monitor deliveries Requirements:
3+ years in heavy-duty parts or related field
Valid driver’s license needed
Solid knowledge of truck parts and components
Superb customer service and explicit communication skills
Proficient in computer inventory systems Excel in parts management and customer support at R&R; Diagnostics to enhance our services.
