Aviso is searching for a skilled professional to join as a Settlement Service Analyst. You will manage both domestic and foreign equity trade settlements within the CDS and DTC systems alongside ensuring timely processing on the SWIFT platform. Your efforts will directly support the efficiency of our trading operations while upholding our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



• Process inbound and outbound SWIFT transaction messages • Ensure timely trade settlement within stipulated timeframes • Match trade confirmations with counterpart institutions • Interact with brokerage firms to resolve trade discrepancies • Maintain and track records of failed trades

Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in the securities industry • Experience with Dataphile, CDS, and DTC • 1-3 years' experience in SWIFT operations • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel • Solid communication skills in English; French is a plus
