and safetySupport participants with emotional regulation and positive social interactions as requiredProduction Training & Technical SupportDeliver hands‑on training in:Cricut cutting machinesHeat press operationVinyl applicationUV DTF and DTF printingSublimation printingBasic design preparationDemonstrate processes clearly and provide guided practice opportunitiesTroubleshoot equipment and production issues in a timely and professional mannerProduction Oversight & Quality ControlOversee the production of custom merchandise, including apparel, mugs, tumblers, and gift itemsEnsure all products meet established quality standardsMaintain inventory of materials and suppliesEnsure the studio environment is organized, safe, and efficientDevelop and implement simple production checklists and visual supportsCommunity Engagement & EventsSupport the coordination and execution of small contracts, community events, and pop‑up marketsAssist with set‑up, tear‑down, and on‑site operations at events, including FIFA‑related activationsProvide customer service and represent The CHANCE Centre in a qualified mannerSupport participants in engaging with customers and building confidence in public‑facing settingsMarketing & CommunicationsCapture photos and videos of participant work and studio activitiesSupport the development of basic social media contentContribute to storytelling that highlights participant progress and program impactAdministration & ReportingTrack participant attendance, hours, and progressMaintain production records, inventory logs,
