Managing, mentoring, developing, and coaching a team of 10 (including 1 Supervisor). The Manager will ensure the efficient, consistent, and accurate processing of AP and AR invoices on their team. A big part of this role is continuous process improvements, system optimization, and putting in place internal controls to maintain compliance with internal & external policies.Who- the CandidateWe are seeking candidates who are down-to-earth, friendly, and confident in their skills and abilities. including at least a few years of leading AP and/or AR functions (strong preference for someone who has concurrently led both!).Experience in a company with multiple sites or offices, ideally distributed across various Canadian provinces, ideally with a shared services model.Excellent mentorship, training, and coaching abilities. We are looking for a natural leader who thrives on managing a collaborative and efficient team!Systems savvy, with experience using ERP financial systems and AP automation tools.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are very important in this interactive role involving collaboration with colleagues and leaders across various departments and geographic regions.Relevant post‑secondary education in accounting and/or business is highly preferred.
