The Canadian Mental Health

Association seeks a Program Manager for the Resilient Minds program to support the mental health of Ontario's front-line workers. This full time, temporary contract requires a skilled program manager adept in partnership development, program coordination, and logistical management. Your leadership will play a crucial role in meeting the psychological needs of first responders while fostering community relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Strategically position the program within Ontario’s landscape
Collaborate on updates and priorities with Deputy Chief of Programs




Establish long-term partnerships and brand recognition
Manage lead generation and business development strategies
Deliver training programs alongside Instructor Trainers Requirements:
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience in program management
Familiarity with mental health promotion
Robust communication and organizational skills
Bilingualism is a preferred asset Drive impactful mental health support initiatives for first responders in Ontario through effective program management.
