Your role will involve analyzing high-throughput sequencing data, performing SNV calling, and developing reproducible workflows. Key Responsibilities:
Aid in high-throughput data processing
Conduct SNV calling and microbiome analysis
Evaluate and benchmark bioinformatics tools

Two years of relevant experience required
Bachelor’s in bioinformatics or related disciplines preferred
