In this role, you will prototype and tune complex systems that elevate gameplay and narrative. Collaborate closely with multiple disciplines to ensure cohesive product development and mentor fellow designers on industry best practices. Key Responsibilities:
Prototype and implement complex systems in collaboration
Document processes to facilitate team workflows
Mentor designers and provide creative feedback
Ensure alignment with project goals and creative direction
Oversee testing of features before deployment Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of relevant design experience
Proven expertise in Unreal 5 and Blueprints
At least two successfully shipped game titles
Familiarity with game design methodologies
