Transform residential projects as a Residential Development Associate with ADI Development Group. Manage planning, stakeholder communications, and regulatory processes in this agile role. In this 12-month contract role, you’ll become integral to ADI Development Group's mission, supporting the execution of impactful residential developments in the GTHA.
Your duties will include conducting site analyses, preparing submissions, and communicating with municipal planning departments, all while keeping projects on schedule and compliant with current regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in municipal approval processes for residential developments
Conduct site analysis and feasibility assessments
Coordinate with engineers and planners during projects
Track project milestones and identify risks
Maintain organized project documentation Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in land development
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Urban Planning
Familiarity with Ontario planning regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
